Commercial property renovation
An extensive commercial property renovation was required to meet the requirements of the new leaseholder of this Mt Eden property.
The focus of the renovation was waterproofing the leaky building and opening up the commercial building’s interior.
The leaky walls were stripped entirely and waterproofed inside and out. We ground and sanded back the inside to bare concrete blocks and then applied a waterproofing system, while the outside walls were sealed with a special elastomeric paint and the gutter connections to the walls were sealed.
Any water-damaged gib was removed and replaced with a new one.
Part of this commercial property renovation was also removing the main hall’s high partition wall plus the toilet nook. Painting all walls in white made the whole area look more spacious and ready for its new purpose.
