College Bathroom Renovation

This college bathroom renovation gave a fresh lease of life to this boys bathroom, turning it into a functional space that blends modern aesthetics with the needs of a bustling college environment.

The project brought together a mix of trades – from builders, plumbers and painters to specialist flooring installers and electricians.

We removed all the existing toilets, large trough urinal and cubicle partitions, and replaced them with brand new, quality units, including individual wall hung urinals, fully wet-wall lined behind.  New plumbing lines were fitted before we installed the upgraded sanitary fixtures and installed new Hale toilet cubicle partitions.

But it wasn’t just about swapping out fixtures. We refined the foundational elements, installing a new hand basin cabinet lining, and addressed any imperfections in the existing plywood lining and finally giving the handbasins a good polish, bringing them back to their original condition. Our team of painters did a great job plastering and painting the walls, alongside the ceiling, doors, and trims. The result is a high-standard finish, ensuring that every nook and cranny looked its best.

The illumination within the bathroom underwent a comprehensive rejuvenation. The obsolete fluorescent lighting was replaced with the cutting-edge Thorn LED Luminaire lighting, in line with MoE upgrade requirements. This thoughtful transition not only elevates the visual aesthetics but also aligns with contemporary energy-efficient principles, contributing to a sustainable future.

We used diamond grinders to remove all residual glue from the floors and sealed them before applying a new epoxy resin flooring system, to deliver a modern, easy to clean and durable floor finish.

Our commercial renovations in educational settings focus on modern design, practicality, and eco-friendliness – a professional service on time and within budget. Through innovative renovation efforts, colleges show their dedication to giving students top-quality facilities and a more comfortable future for everyone on campus.
