AUTEX Composition – Efficient Noise Reduction Solution
This renovation project not only enhanced the functionality and aesthetics of two blocks of classrooms but also covered electrical upgrades throughout the school. In all the classrooms, we installed AUTEX Composition wall lining, which proves to be an efficient noise reduction solution, transforming the overall learning environment in the renovated classrooms.
Before installing the AUTEX Composition wall linings, we removed the existing hessian wall coverings and fixed all the imperfections to ensure the best results and longevity. AUTEX Composition has excellent results when it comes to noise reduction. It is composed of a non-woven polyester fabric which comes in many colours to choose from. The surface of AUTEX Composition is not only noise-absorbent but also pinnable and hook-and-loop receptive, making it an ideal choice for classrooms and offices where versatility is essential. This innovative product transforms the walls into multifunctional surfaces, facilitating interactive learning and collaborative workspaces.
The classroom renovation also included relining all the ceilings with a new GIB board, painting all the ceilings and trims and installing new durable carpet tiles. When needed, we polished the existing vinyl.
Our electricians were busy with upgrades further enhancing the functionality and safety of the school. They installed new LED lighting, RCD protection upgrades, circuit board and power outlet upgrades, earth bonding and cabling upgrades.
Recognizing the importance of thermal comfort, the project included the installation of a new heat pump to improve heating in the classrooms. This addition ensures a more pleasant and conducive learning environment for students and teachers alike.
