Meet Ramin
Our Managing Director
Whether at work or home, Ramin strives for excellence and works hard towards achieving his goals. His Engineering degrees opened the doors to construction – an industry he is passionate about and assures the quality of his work. With more than 25 years of experience, he has developed the skills to manage any constraints and overcome the challenges of every construction project.
Thanks to his time management and leadership skills, he has successfully finished hundreds of construction projects on time and within budget across Europe and New Zealand.
In his free time, Ramin enjoys spending time with his wife and kids doing Martial Arts and other sports.
Meet Richard
Our Sales and Customer Relationship Manager
Richard has more than 30 years of experience in the building and construction industry, including plan take-offs, task analysis, costing and budgeting. He has excellent management skills and a reputation for effective organisation and communication skills, with the ability to work under busy time constraints.
He also has a sound knowledge of Council and MOE contractual requirements as well as a deep understanding of noise control products and solutions for sound reverberation and noise transmission problems in interior spaces.

Our Sales and Project Manager
With over ten years of experience in project management, James is a skilled and reliable professional who delivers high-quality results and customer satisfaction. Through his core competencies and quality stakeholder management, he always looks to develop not only himself but also the team around him, with a strong focus on client delivery and satisfaction. James thrives on building two-way relationships with both clients and vendors in order to be solution-driven.
In his free time, he enjoys getting out of the city with his wife and kids and can often be found on a secluded mountain stream.

Meet Katrina
Our Office Manager
Katrina joined the Max Style team in mid-2022, having come from an administration and accounts background and having been working in the building industry for over 15 years. She has excellent knowledge and understanding of IT software and systems and has quickly become skilled in the project management systems we use.
Katrina likes to be organised and helps to ensure our history of clear and consistent communication with clients, consultants and suppliers is maintained to our usual high standards. Her focus continues to be to complete our projects to all parties’ satisfaction, on time and within budget.
Meet Aaron
Our Site Supervisor
Aaron has been working in the construction industry since 2005. He has developed a wide range of skills in both residential and commercial property construction, with leading roles in both, including the completion of a number of substantial projects. As a qualified builder, he has extended knowledge of the building code and brings to the team some specialist skills in quality of workmanship and project organization.
Aaron also plays a key role for us with our installation of AUTEX interior wall linings and specialist acoustic products, having been involved with interior fit-outs in schools since 2014. In that time Aaron has also supervised some challenging installations for several large-scale AUTEX acoustic solutions, including swimming pools and other commercial buildings.
Meet Sara
Our Builder
Sara has been working in the construction industry since 2014, mainly in commercial buildings and some residential jobs. She has worked on various commercial building projects, including large re-clad, roofing, earthquake proofing, retirement homes, and school classroom upgrade jobs.
Besides building work, Sara has experience in window glazing, using EWPs, and working at heights with harnesses, fall arrest, and restraint systems. Since 2016 she has also completed multiple Autex installations.
